Dear Client
The majority of our clients/customers settle their acc= ounts on time. However the work load involved in chasing up slow payers is adding= unwanted pressure on our staff. We have therefore decided to employ a credit collect= ion Service to collect our overdue accounts.
All Accounts must be paid by the due date s=
hown
on the invoice. All invoices that are overdue 21 days after the due date may
receive a late fee per month or part there off to cover the time of account=
ing
staff. Interest may also be charged at a rate equal to the latest monthly a=
verage
yield of 90 day Bank Accepted Bills published by the Reserve Bank of
Ownership of all goods supplied to the clients remains= with WJMac Services until the price for which the goods were sold has been paid = to WJMac Services in full. Until ownership of the goods passes to the buyer, the buy= er possesses the goods solely as bailee for WJMac Services.
WJMac Services reserves the right to remove from the c= lient all items supplied to the client not paid for in full after the due date of= the invoice(s). Some items specially ordered for the client may not be able to = be returned. Restocking fees may apply to any goods that are returned. We also rese= rve the right to add all recovery costs of overdue invoices to your accounts.= span>
The above conditions can be altered with talks between= the client and WJMac Services. Any changes made will be affirmed in writing. If the agreed changes are not adhe= red to, all the conditions listed here will apply back dated to the start of su= ch changes and all fees and interest may be applied.
The client is deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions listed here when the account is first used. The terms here apply= to all accounts opened for the client.

WJMac Services attaches a high importance to protecting its customers'
privacy and maintaining the security of their personal information.
Personal information is information or an opinion, relating to an
identifiable person, for example, a name and home address.
WJMac Services adheres to the National Privacy Principles contained in t=
he Privacy
Act 1988 (Cth), which govern the way person=
al
information is collected, recorded, stored, used and disclosed. WJMac Servi=
ces
is also bound by contracts with its customers.
WJMac Services uses the personal information it obtains from customers to
provide the service that customers have requested and to communicate
effectively with customers in delivering that service. WJMac Services takes=
all
reasonable steps to secure customers' personal information.
WJMac Services will use personal information only for purposes directly related to service delivery or as indicated in the standard customer contra= ct and in publicity directed to customers. Any other use will occur only with = the customer's consent or as permitted or required by law. For example, WJMac Services is obliged to provide information sought by taxation authorities.<= o:p>
Any disclosure of personal information to a third party will be:
WJMac Services may release a customer's personal information where: ther=
e is
a duty to the public to disclose that information, such as serious threat to
public health or safety; it is required by law to release that information;=
or
there is an important public purpose, such as a government need to communic=
ate
reliably with customers on a matter of public significance.
WJMac Services may disclose personal information to its related corporate
entities. In doing so, WJMac Services will abide by the National Privacy
Principles.
There are some circumstances where WJMac Services may be required to sup=
ply
personal information to third parties. WJMac Services relies on third-party
suppliers for product storage and to conduct activities such as mail-outs or
market research. Personal information may also be disclosed to third party
corporate services such as printing houses, credit agencies, mercantile age=
nts
and billing service providers.
The handling of information is covered by confidentiality agreements and=
WJMac
Services ensures that these third parties understand their obligations under
the National Privacy Principles.
WJMac Services may also tell customers about new products and services or
other marketing offers.
Customers who do not wish to receive marketing offers or be invited to
participate in market research should advise WJMac Services on 02-62232250.=
A customer has a right to view information relating to him or her and ha=
ve
errors (if any) corrected. The customer must provide appropriate identifica=
tion
and documentation in order to make a change, for example, when changing a
surname following marriage. To arrange access to personal information custo=
